Wayman’s Auction Service is operated by Robert and Patricia Wayman. Wayman’s is a second generation, family owned business that has served Middleburgh and Schoharie County for 50+ years. Oakley and Betty Wayman retired in 2006. Patricia and Robert, two of their children, have been running the business since.

Consignment Terms
You may consign your items to be sold at auction up until one day before a sale. You must call ahead. Please be aware that sometimes an auction is full, so we will have to consign your items to the next one. So don’t delay. You may bring your items to our location or contact us to pick your items up. Trucking fees may apply. Contact us for details on the commission rates. Understand that the sooner you consign an item, the more advertising time you may receive before the time of sale. We provide an accurate listing and prices of your sold consignment(s). We provide a safe location for your items to be stored before auction. Payment for auctioned items is usually issued within 7 days of the sale or whatever terms are agreed upon.
At Wayman’s, we are constantly looking to purchase new inventory for our auction. We buy anything from individual pieces to whole estates. If you are relocating, downsizing, or liquidating an estate, give us a call. We would be happy to assist you.
Examples of what we purchase: antiques, artwork, coins, advertising pieces, furniture, glassware, stoneware, cast iron, vehicles, A.T.V.’s, campers, boats, motorcycles, lawnmowers, tractors, implements, tools and building material.
